Hyderabad Polymers Private Limited (HPPL) was established in 1978. HPPL is located in IDA, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad and was initially involved into HDPE/PP Woven Sacks (Small Bags) business holding a major part of the market. HPPL ventured into FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) - also known as Jumbo Bags / Big Bags - during 2001 with the expertise built in over Two decades to offer high quality solutions for Bulk packaging requirements of various industries like Chemicals, Fertilizers, Polymers, Fillers, Minerals, Cement, Food Grains, Agricultural Products, Building Materials & Asbestos Disposal.

HPPL is recognized by Government of India as an Export House.

HPPL has approvals for different types/designs of FIBCs from LABORDATA, Germany - International Materials Testing Institute and also from NEL, UK.

Facilities:

HPPL has a capacity of manufacturing 2000 Jumbo Bags per Day (About 0.6 Million Bags per Annum). We can offer all types of Jumbo Bags with SWL (Safe Working Load) ranging from 500 Kg to 2000 Kg and with Safety Factor of 5:1 to 8:1.

HPPL has an integrated Plant (From Granules to Finished Bags - All in-house). We are equipped with all the relevant Machinery as given below to offer quality Big Bags.

Windsor 90 MT Extruder - 150 kg/hr.
Circular Looms (4-Shuttle, 6-Shuttle, 8-Shuttle).
Armstrong make sewing machine - 30 nos
Automatic Cutting Machine - 1no.
3 - color & 2 - color Flexographic printing Machines.
Webbing machines - 3 nos.
Bale Press Machine - 2 nos.
Capabilities:
As per the customer's requirement, to suit the application, we can design a Bag according to the density & volume/weight of the material to be packed, submit a sample & supply regular lots in Two weeks.

Our Testing Lab is equipped with all necessary Testing Equipment for Quality Assurance.

Each Bag is individually checked for correct stitching, perfect punching and dimensional accuracy. This ensures 100% quality Assurance and we strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction.
